Zimbabwe v Pakistan 1st T20I betting tips & predictions at Harare

Pakistan will begin their tour of Zimbabwe with a T20 international at Harare on Sunday, September 27. The two teams will renew their rivalry after their recent series in Pakistan earlier this year. The Zimbabwe v Pakistan 1st ODI betting tips & predictions have been placed here.

Pakistan won by 13 runs to go 1-0 up in the series.

Zimbabwe have hosted some top sides in world cricket this year. India and New Zealand visited the nation earlier this year and even though both tours ended disappointingly for the hosts in terms of the results they obtained, Zimbabwe played encouraging cricket on both occasions.

Most of the games in both the tours were quite competitive and Zimbabwe could be expected to have learnt from the experience.

Pakistan have had a very successful time in the game since their dismal performance in the ODI series in Bangladesh. Ever since they staged a comeback in the Tests, the side have looked like a proper unit again.

They defied all odds to come out on top on all three formats of the game in Sri Lanka and will face England next in the UAE.

This tour will be a great opportunity for Pakistan to prepare themselves for more testing contests in the near future. At the same time, Zimbabwe will have a great chance to give Pakistan a run for their money.

The hosts had a forgettable time in Pakistan earlier this year and even though some players performed really well on tour, they came back home empty handed with Pakistan winning both the T20s and the ODIs.

The hosts will be led by Elton Chigumbura once more while Shahid Afridi will don the skippers cap for Pakistan for the T20s.

Hamilton Masakadza, Craig Ervine, and Sikandar Raza will be out to give the visitors some serious problems while Graeme Cremer and Sean Williams have also shown that they can make things happen for Zimbabwe.

Pakistan have included young opener Mukhtar Ahmed in the side. Mukhtar had a great time batting against Zimbabwe in Pakistan and will look to produce similar performances, if not better. Pacer Wahab Riaz is also back in the side after recovering from a hand injury sustained in Sri Lanka.
