Scotland will look to make the final of the  World T20 2015 Qualifiers when they take on Hong Kong on Saturday at Malahide. The Scotland v Hong Kong betting tips & predictions can be found below.

Scotland won by five wickets as predicted. The ICC World T20 continues in 2016 its betting tips, odds & predictions can be found here.

With both Scotland and Hong Kong having made it to the first round of the World T20 next year, it does look like they can play with a lot more freedom in this match.

Of course, given they were one of the hosts and a better-ranked side, the pressure will be on Scotland ever so slightly, but they should start favourites to make it all the way to the final after a reasonably strong showing throughout the tournament.

Scotland earned four wins from their six games to finish top of the table and as a result garnered a direct spot into the semi-finals. And a result of that was also a direct entry into the World T20 first round.

On the other hand, Hong Kong finished second in their group, ending up with seven points behind Ireland’s eight and were drawn to play Afghanistan in their World T20 game. And now, while there are a few issues with the legitimacy to that encounter thanks to ICC’s investigation of that encounter, it must be said they batted rather well to get through the match.

Chasing 162 for the win, Jamie Atkinson’s 47 kept them in the game while Mark Chapman smashed a 25-ball 40 to ensure Hong Kong would never fall behind in the chase. Babar Hayat closed out the encounter with a 9-ball 20 including 16 from the last over bowled by Mohammad Nabi.

Scotland have four batsmen who have scored anywhere between 139 and 173 runs in Preston Mommsen, Kyle Coetzer, Matt Cross and George Munsey. Alasdair Evans has already picked up 11 wickets in the tournament at 14.36 and could be one to watch.
